Descripció: Slow reader, father of none(yet), metamodernist
Sobre: I find an immense joy in building and sharing, in trying to solve the puzzles of society and nature. After spending sometime in isolated cabins and small communities, i realized that self-sustainability and autonomy needs a lot of rethinking and redoing. And that is exactly my project now, rethinking and redoing!
Sobre: Technology is all about inspiration. Trying to solve problems of humanity, we step on each other's shoulder, bouncing ideas around, remixing, adapting and deriving left and right. This is first of several channels we want to open for everyone
Sobre: Here we discuss and coordinate development of a solution, allowing people to interact with Hubzilla channels using solely the email interface, without anything but subscribing to a mailing list or such. We dream, we deliver. We live happily ever after.
Sobre: Stonehead tried almost everything until he became a (self-proclaimed) anarchist at the age of 49. Before that, he did his share of capitalist cultism, intelligentsia-style progressivism and a hearty dose of despair. He learned about capitalism from the most predatory capitalists. He learned about oppression and violence from professional thugs and spec-operatives. He learned about exclusion and vulnerability from the homeless and the refugees. He decided that the only moral way to use his knowledge and abilities (some would call it privilege) is to put them at work for others. This was the beginning of his involvement in CNI and spin-off activities. He is a self-taught human being, choosing his way and owning his shit if needed.
Sobre: "The personal, as everyone's so fucking fond of saying, is political. So if some idiot politician, some power player, tries to execute policies that harm you or those you care about, take it personally. Get angry. The Machinery of Justice will not serve you here – it is slow and cold, and it is theirs, hardware and soft-.
Only the little people suffer at the hands of Justice; the creatures of power slide out from under with a wink and a grin. If you want justice, you will have to claw it from them. Make it personal. Do as much damage as you can. Get your message across. That way you stand a far better chance of being taken seriously next time. Of being considered dangerous.
And make no mistake about this: being taken seriously, being considered dangerous, marks the difference – the only difference in their eyes – between players and little people. Players they will make deals with. Little people they liquidate.
And time and again they cream your liquidation, your displacement, your torture and brutal execution with the ultimate insult that it's just business, it's politics, it's the way of the world, it's a tough life, and that it's nothing personal.
